***NEW*** Version 0.4 has now been released with a major overhaul. You can find it here: Launcher Tools 0.4 A set of tools to manipulate the AsusLauncher (ie. simple interface tabs) on the 3epc. Released in order to address the lack of basic functionality for the AsusLauncher.
This third release has three tools, the first is an icon adder/remover, so you can easily place icons in your AsusLauncher tabs and remove them. The second is a tool to reload the AsusLauncher GUI without closing all your programs. ie. to refresh the AsusLauncher and the third is a utility to generate AsusLauncher compatible icons from standard icons. The launchtools package creates a folder in settings, which is where the three programs will be located. If you have a 2GB Surf model, you will probably have to install pygtk as well, check the support forum for a thread on how to do this. (Note: There is now a complete uninstall script that is fully automated. If you have version 0.1 just do "dpkg --purge altools" first before installing the new version, if upgrading from 0.2 you don't need to do anything, dpkg will upgrade the package for you automatically)
